- Provides CRIS with extension information
- Provides CRIS with data file of grant award information

| 4. CRIS Data Management Unit |
- Loads award information (Agreement No., Award Amount, Grant Year, Award Date, Start Date, Termination Date, Programmatic and Administrative Contacts) or updates extension information in the CRIS database
- Removes PENDING status
- Provides copies of AD-416/417 forms to OEP and Grantee

- Requests Final Technical Reports from Grantee (Monthly)
- Updates CRIS database with Final Technical Reports (Daily)
- Provides paper copies of Final Technical Reports to OEP and NRI (Monthly)

- Requests Progress Reports and Financial Data (Annually)
- Updates CRIS Database with Progress Report information (Daily)
